On registering for a course, delegates should note the following terms and conditions.
(1) The delegate agrees to pay for the course in full, as described on the registration form. If for any reason (such as an inadequate number of registrants) a course is not run, then any registration fee will be refunded in full; however, other expenses incurred by delegates such as pre-booked travel arrangements will not be reimbursed. For this reason, we strongly recommend delegates delay booking flights and accommodation until they have received written confirmation that the course has been confirmed.
(2) All cancellations by delegates must be made in writing. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total registration fee will be incurred for cancellations up to 14 days before the course. Within 14 days of the course, refunds will not be given. Any claims for refunds must be made in writing to the Managing Director of Improve International Australia Pty Ltd at email@example.com.
(3) Delegates may substitute another person their place for a Fast Track course but they must notify Improve International in advance of the new delegate’s name so that the delegate register accurately reflects attendance.
